Holly CALDWELL

Holly Caldwell is a Partner with velocityHUB as member of the Crider Group. Holly and her team serve as a consultants, trainers and executive coaches to some of the world’s leading companies and universities. The velocityHUB team delivers high-energy & enriching experiences for the organizations that they work with, providing them with the training, tools and techniques to be amazing at what they do. Holly has extensive experience in consulting, strategy, innovation, technology, financial services and design.

Prior to joining velocityHUB, Holly spent seven years at Fidelity Investments. As Senior Vice President, Advice and Guidance, she was responsible for strategic business planning, new product development and on-going management of Fidelity’s award winning retirement and financial planning offerings. As a strong business strategist who’s able to successfully execute even the most complex of plans, Holly was selected from over 15,000 associates as one of 12 to author the next five-year plan for the firm, aimed at transformational change to drive exceptional business results. The plan, projected to deliver over $80B in incremental assets to flow into the firm over a 5 year period, was approved and adopted at the highest levels of the organization. Prior to that, Holly successfully managed two of Fidelity web channels, ensuring each delivered a superior customer experience, met customer needs and was competitive in the marketplace.

Holly’s background also includes 5 years of digital strategy consulting with marchFIRST (formerly USWeb/CKS), a global digital consulting firm comprising over 9,000 associates. As a Partner, Holly worked closely with her team and executives within client organizations to clearly articulate their business needs and develop and execute innovative solutions to successfully address them. When promoted to role of Managing Partner of the firm’s Boston office, Holly stepped into a turn-around situation, tasked with very quickly turning the struggling business unit into a vital and profitable one. Within 90 days, she was able to achieve profitability, while actively pursuing new business and staff, attracting top-notch partner level talent to lead the technology and creative disciplines. Within 5 quarters, she and her team were able to transform the 60-person office into the top performing P&L within the company. She was also among the top individual producers in the firm, having sold and delivered over $15M in business in the year 2000.

Holly spent 5 years as Founder, President & Creative Director for HOLLY CALDWELL™, a luxury fashion brand. Holly directed every facet of the business, including product design, international sourcing/manufacturing, brand development/management, multi-channel marketing, PR, sales, customer care and financial management. She distributed the collections both directly, via online store, and through exclusive luxury retailers across the US and garnered coverage from several of the most elite fashion publications, including American Vogue.

Holly served as a Captain in the United States Air Force, working on multiple technology initiatives over a five-year period. She earned her degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, and later attended both the Babson and Kellogg School of Management’s Executive Education programs.
