Kristen has been a Partner at velocityHUB, leading the Sports & Education practice, and serves as the Executive Director of the Victory Academy. Under her leadership, the Victory Academy has grown to impact over 25,000 young leaders at 40+ institutions to include Harvard University, Dartmouth College, Brown University, College of the Holy Cross, Northwestern University, Providence College, University of Miami, Middlebury College, Bowdoin College, Amherst College, Tufts University, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Siena College, Trinity College, and Rivier University, among others.
