(NASHUA, NH) – velocityHUB has been retained by Great New Hampshire Restaurants – one of New Hampshire’s largest independently owned group of restaurants – to strengthen the leadership skills of the company’s many managers within their eight restaurants located across southern New Hampshire and the Lakes Region.
Great NH Restaurants is one of New Hampshire’s most popular restaurant chains, well known for their multiple T-BONES Great American Eateries located in several southern NH communities, the Cactus Jacks Restaurants in both Manchester and Laconia, and The Copper Door in Bedford. Tens of thousands of NH residents, along with visitors to the Granite State, frequent their restaurants on a daily basis.
velocityHUB has developed a Great NH Leadership Academy for over 50 assistant managers, managers, general managers and managing operators across all eight restaurants. The Leadership Academy will span nine months and focus on developing leadership, management, and professional skills leveraging Velocity’s models, tools and experience.
Brendan P. Keegan, Managing Partner at velocityHUB, said of Great NH Restaurants, “Hospitality is one of New Hampshire’s most critical industries, and with eight different restaurant locations and three different restaurant concepts, Great NH Restaurants is one of the top leaders in NH’s restaurant community. We are tremendously gratified to partner with the ownership of Great NH Restaurants in a meaningful way that will bring high-impact leadership development to the lifeblood of their company. Leadership within any company is important, and this is especially so for restaurants that rely upon the ability of their employees to connect and engage with their guests on a daily basis.”
Tom Boucher, CEO and co-owner of Great NH Restaurants, said of their new partnership with velocityHUB, “One of our core values is to take care of our employees and treat them like family. We are continually looking for ways to invest in our people to ensure they can perform their jobs at the highest level. The Great NH Leadership Academy has been a real eye opener on many levels and is already having an impact throughout our company.”
