NASHUA, NH – velocityHUB, a leading provider of business consulting and professional training services, has been busy this fall making an impact on the emerging generation, via velocityHUB’s collegiate leadership program, the Victory Academy. Victory Academy has had a tremendous kick off to the 2017-2018 academic year. Over the course of the past month, the Victory team has partnered with nine prestigious institutions and has worked with over 1,200 students, coaches and administrators. Each partnership is unique and the design of each academy varies by school. The Victory team has worked with student leaders, emerging leader student-athletes, athletic captains and coaches.
While various workshops have been conducted, one theme is constant: All students are challenged to build a foundation for leadership. Each program exposes students to leadership traits of business, athletic, and community leaders. Students work with, and learn from, experienced professionals and former collegiate athletes. With this foundation, participants learn to maximize their potential and realize their responsibility to influence others in their organizations, on their teams, in their classes, and throughout their communities. The academies also focus on helping students understand key steps to effectively lead teams and build seasonal action plans. Students leave feeling prepared, inspired and committed to leading themselves and their teams to greatness.
Recent Victory Academy Engagements include:
- Babson College
- Bishop Guertin High School
- Brown University
- College of Holy Cross
- Harvard University
- Middlebury College
- Rivier University
- Salem State University
- Worcester Polytechnic Institute
